My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do?

I have an external . An 8 way amp in the attic. 1 tv upstairs (samsung) 1 M&S and 2 Sony downstairs.
Had good pictures on all apart from the odd bit of freezing/breaking up during bad weather.
However 2 weeks ago lost ITV and (and prob some other channels that I never wath) Nowhere to be seen. Have retuned all but nothing :-( Anyone able to? My main tv is telling me that the is strog...
