I live in Bromsgrove & since freeview update on 7th March 2018 I have had trouble with my sky magic eyes (TV eyes). The picture is snowy/fuzzy. The main TV in lounge has a perfect sky picture but the other tv's with the sky magic eyes are snowy/fuzzy.
Could you please tell me how I can sort out this problem as it worked perfectly before your freeview updated on 7th March 2018.
Has the RF2 channel changed? Do your new frequencies clash with the sky magic eye RF2 channel?
I live in B60 1HW. Can you recommend new RF frequency (lower?)
