Whom should we contact if we are not getting TV reception? We only pay the licence fees annually and are not connected with any of the channel providers like virgin media or any one...There was thunder and lightning one day(some 15 days back)and both the internet and TV went off.We have a sKy+HD box to which the TV cables are connected as we used to view sky channels earlier but after the end of the contract the cable connection was still there and we were only viewing the free channels on ITV. Could you please tell me who should we contact to get the free service? We have been without TV for over 2 weeks now. Please help!!!
