Hi. I have an interesting problem. Following some troubles last year with the repeater, I am now receiving signal from . Everything is much better, with one exception. I have a Panasonic tv and a Humax Aura 4k PVR. The Panasonic receives all correctly but the Humax is missing channels 12 and 71(COM6). All other COM6 channels are present so, as far as I can tell, the problem is restricted to the two Quest channels.

Quest+1 (channel 70 on COM5) is fine.

Humax don't have an answer to this, nor do Quest, so I'm just looking desperately for some inspiration!!

Chris.SE - thanks as always for your thoughts.

I have reset the box (twice, at great inconvenience, I might say, as it loses the saved schedule!) but it made no difference. The odd thing is that the guide can "see" that 12 is there as it puts in a slot for it and labels the slot correctly as Quest. It's just that there is no programme data and when selecting it.

I can live with Quest+1 fore the few programmes I want - it only annoys me in an OCD sort of way.
