My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do?

I retuned our
freeview
system the other day and now we have lost
channels
3, 4, 5, 6 and 14. My mother watches these channels the most.
I have tried retuning and reset the system to factory default. We are using an indoor
aerial
but we could get all the channels before the retune.
We leave in east Anglia postcode NR6.
If anyone has any solutions please let me know.
