Please help me, every so often I lose all BBC programs from my TV and when I retune it only brings up programs from 307 upwards. I cannot have my Laptop on at the same time as the TV as I lose all programs then.
This has only started in the last 2 weeks,I have had an engineer from BT and he could not find the answer!!
