What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or &

My elderly father has a
satellite
which i think 'looks' (is that the correct term) at Hotbird. He gets Polish TV from it. Recently his
picture
has gone to black & white even though his ordinary TV is still colour.
Any ideas as to what may be wrong?
