The graph above makes sense. We spent years subscribing, but later realised we were watching channels that were free. I suspect there are many doing the same. I will now not subscribe to a company that makes viewers pay for what is free elsewhere.

I DO have a Freeview HD box that is network connected. The usual problem though in this annoying digital world, not all HD compliant Freeview boxex seem to be compatible. It seems my Icecrypt T220 is one of these. I am used to router compatibility problems with various network devices, especially my Wi-Fi Internet radios, but changes have not altered things thus far, though I should have a Billion BiPAK 7800N dual Wan router arriving tomorrow, so will give that a whirl.

Sly Needs the Beeb more. I am quite happy with Freesat, Web connected HD Freeview and all the Free Sly Sport & Docs etc on the web. I will never pay them a penny again
