My Sky box has a "no signal message" - what do I do? | Help! Fr

I've got a
sky
+ box and a sky hd box.
The sky hd box is working fine but the sky + box has no
satellite
signal
on the screen when i go to certain
channels
e.g sky sports.
channels 101, 102, 103 etc are fine but when i go to the "extra" channnels then i get the message.
Any tips would be welcome?
