My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Up to late evening of Tuesday 16 August we had excellent
reception
on all
channels
of
Freeview
.
Since changeover on Wednesday 17th we are unable to receive any signal on MUX COM5 ArqA and MUX COM6 ArqB
Have tried all the usual 're-set' procedures
Our
Antenna
is newly fitted, outdoor and everything worked perfectly until 17 August.
Please advise
