I have a Samsung UE46D7000 TV connected to a Virgin HD TVdrive using HDMI cable on port HDMI4, the TV does not pick up any channels when auto tuning is run, I have tried the cable in all HDMI slots. On the menu screen the channel option is greyed out. Please can you advise how I can complete the setup
