I live in Kendal in Cumbria and my TV recently flashed up a message about the need to reset something. However it came and went so fast I couldn't do it. Now I appear to be receiving loads more channels I know nothing about - including 'adult ones' I most certainly don't want (I'm a Pensioner!).
Can someone please help me to sort it out as I find it very upsetting and worrying and am concerned I am going to be charged for something I haven't asked for. Thank you.
