I Live in a apartment(10 story building) which has got common dish on the roof and have freeviewdigital box(able to view Freeview channels). Now, I bought a Thompson sky box but it is not receiving any signal(no satellite signal is being received error 29). I've done the 3 steps but still no signal on the box. Can you please help. I've got one coaxial cable which I connected to the "arial in" of the box but nothing connected to the "dish input" port of the box, will buying a separate cable for "dish input" solve the problem or the box has become useless coz I don't have a sky dish.Please guide me thru the steps.
