Hi I have lost all the multiplex A channels on my STB, I have another STB and can pick up all channels available. This suggests to me the first STB has developed a fault, however the manufacturer says has had it back says ther is nothing wrong with the box and I need to change my aerial. Could there be any other reason why one box picks up all channels and the other doesn't.
