Below are all of Don Crossley's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page. Thanks for the quick response - I will go through the motions of all you suggest, but am a bit pessimistic of a result. With my luck, any solution will cost a ruddy fortune - really annoying. I will repost when I have tried. Thanks again.

Hi Briantist. Did all the stuff you suggested with the same result. However, on checking the entire channel list following the retune, I have found that all the ITV channels are actually there - but they are all numbered differently. ie ITV1 is numbered 801 instead of 3. So when I select '3' I get 'poor signal' displayed and a hopeless picture/sound. But as stated, selecting channel 801 gives perfect ITV1 reception. It is as if the set has tuned to what it thinks should be the correct channel - but it isn't. No idea why this should happen. I'm sure you could shed some light on it though - I'm fed up with messing with it now so I'm off to bed!

Hello guys. Fairly straightforward question I hope. Until yesterday 7/9/11, my LG 50in tv picked up all digital channels perfectly. Now I can't get any ITV channels. I live on high ground with a perfectly uninterrupted view of Emley Moor and obviously have not altered ny roof ariel etc. The LG does not have a manual tune for digital signals. Are things likely to improve on the 21st, or do I need to take some action please? Thanks in advance.
