just to add i have all other channels so it looks like Winter hill has a Mux issue can it be looked at please

had to do a retune and they came back which is great, still weird that they went in the first place

what has happened i just lost all ITV channels, channel,4 channels channel 5 channels, i was watching and they just went. every TV and PVR / settop box i have in the house has this problem so not the equipment at fault here.
