Hi,
I know this is a stupid situation, but I am desperate.
I live in on the 5th floor of a block of flats. The manager says there is a dish on the rooftop connected to every flat. Now, I have 3 wires coming out of the living room wall. I have connected each wire to the TV card on my pc but I still dont get any signal/reception at all.
That probably means my flat is not connected. Can there be anything else?
