Thank goodness I found that all my recordings had also disappeared. I would have missed Downton. Meridian you have no idea of customer service.

We are in rh20 3as and also have received a No Signal message with no warning whatsoever. Thanks to this helpful sie am now retuning our sets. Such appalling service and lack of information.
