My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

for which i still pay a
subscription
. I have managed to
install
some
channels
but basics like BBC and ITV come on only for a few seconds and then click off again. Any ideas? Fred H.
