My Sky box has a "no signal message" - what do I do? | Help! Fr

Hi, we have had 2 re- conditioned boxes, a new and the dish was re positioned, but after 5 minutes of watching it comes up with being received.
We've had 3 engineers come out and tested the signal strength which they said it was o.k
I' m really frustrated at not having a t.v to watch for 3days. We've been customers for 9years and have had no problems in that time until now!
Has anyone else experienced the same.
What should we do?
