I cannot access channels 20 or 21nor can my friend who lives 7 miles away. We've both re-tuned our boxes - taking out the aerial once' and re-tuning again with the aerial re-inserted. My address is 51 haygate Drive, Wellington, Telford Shropshire TF1 2BZ, and my friend's address is 23 Whitworth Drive, Randlay, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 2NN. We both receive our freeview channels from The Wrekintransmitter, and have previously received a good signal from both channel 20 and 21. Can you help, please?
