Weird but wonderful! I live in Astwood Bank, near Redditch. I have a stock aerial with mastheadamplifier on the roof facing Sutton Coldfield (30 kms directly north) and I receive HD from Ridge Hill (50 kms directly south, mux 22) clear and steady since April switchover even during heavy rain like today! If I have any problems after Sutton switchover on Sep 21 I'll swing the aerial round and tune into Ridge Hill. For sake of interest, what is a typical gain/ loss ration front/ back of a stock aerial? Thanks.
