Dear Sir, my name is Robert Skynner, I'm 55 years of age, and I have a BD (Hons) in Divinity with Religious Studies (from the University of Aberdeen 1997). I live at Flat 166 Tamar House, James Street, Plymouth PL1 4HJ in the United Kingdom. I have been arrested twice and am currently on bail, until the 5th of July, my supposed crime is the harassment of evangelical Christians who have complained to the Police on mass about me and my conduct. I no longer attend church, or even call myself a Christian, but I was briefly involved in a local church and street evangelism team (2008-2009), this street evangelism team became the Plymouth branch of Operation 513 and was run by Matt Rolfe. I have not been charged with slander, or of libel! My supposed crime briefly, involves my asking various Christian Church leaders to repent of their fornication, i.e. Evangelist Matt Rolfe and his Pastor Wayne Arthur both slept with Naomi Thorne, Pastor Wayne Arthur also had another affair with pastor's daughter Joy Mcilwrath-Holmes (the aspiring Gospel artist) who is the daughter of Pastor Samuel Mcilwrath of Forestside Christian Centre, in Belfast. If that is not bad enough, a convicted paedophile, Russell Baker who was released from prison on licence in 2008, joined Devonport Baptist Church as well as the street evangelism group, but was then sentenced to four years for a second crime at Plymouth Crown Court, on the 10th February 2016, when he tried to get a 10 year old girl to send him naked web cam pictures of herself. For some strange reason the Police have taken Rolfe and Arthur's side in completely covering up these scandals within the church, thus I have deliberately broken the terms of my caution, in order to get myself arrested so that this whole scandal can then come out in court. I literally care nothing for myself anymore, the papers are filled with stories of paedophiles joining churches and then molesting, and so on a point of principle I believe that something must be done. There are many other sexual scandals by leaders in other Churches here in Plymouth, but in each case, church leaders refuse to engage with my complaints and I've been reported me to the Police, not for slander or for libel, but for supposed .... harassment! I'd be delighted to discuss this with any media, the press or radio station, as the church is losing its credibility through its unending support of paedophiles who have supposedly repented (until they molest once again). A lady called Susan Pepper, whose testimony is of this scandal from a different angle to me, she came across Matt Rolfe at Ivybridge Evangelical Baptist Church in 2012-2013, whilst I met Matt Rolfe at Devonport Baptist Church (2008-2009) might also prove a useful contact.
