I done everything in order all the steps etc but I am still having the same problem. My sky box keep saying; FOR YOUR INFORMATION 29 - No satelliteSignal is being received. Please unplug your box from the mains, then plug it back in and wait 5 minutes before trying again. If thefaults persists, contact customer services. But I went onto the sky website and they has similar steps which don't help either. What do I do next?
