I have recently upgraded to a SKY+HD box and have 3 packages with SKY. On on package the programmes can be viewed/paused/recorded on the other two I can view the channel but not record. Everytime I try the recording fails and the reason given is a subscription is needed - confused as I have a supscription to these channels have you ever come across this problem?
