My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Have had little or
no signal
on any of my 5 different
digital
TV's today CT170PH
Dover
area but my next door neighbour has a signal. What is going on? I have tried the plug unplug bit no joy.
Had everything renewed rewired about 6 months ago
