P.s. got to say from my personal experience & from a few friends & family, that Sky & BT sales/customer service/complaints departments are a waste of time & a BIG joke!!!! No respect for their customers, got no knowledge & don't know what they are taking about!!!! They contradict them selfs every time I have spoken to them.

Hello, just want to ask how comes when I take out my sky viewing card/end of subscription card from sky box that a lot of channels dont work???? Ie chn 1 & 2 & 4 & 5 etc and many more
Dont work???? Also around 6 or 7years ago had my end of subscription card in my sky box & signs would come up on the t.v screen saying you will have to change your card soon as sky is changing & upgrading cards & old cards wont work & we will let you know couple days before cards stop working. When the card was terminated it done the same as said before that quite a lot of channels did not work le 1, 2, 4, 5 & many more & I had to buy a non subscription card from sky to get the normal free channels again (I did check sky box with & without sky card both times/several times/same outcome!!!! It cost me around £28.00 for non subscription card/replacement card & cost me arm & leg in phone bill just to try & talk to them & they were no help , kept on transferring from one department to next or putting me hold for long periods time which cost a lot of money or they would just cut me off/many times(thats just saying it briefly in a small amount!!!!) I all so tried to speak customer service & complaints department & got no joy & try to make me look like if I'm in the wrong or if im a idiot!!!
