You will need to manually add the HD channels by selecting "new", keying in "28" and then search for the channels.

alan horsley: Who exactly have you complained to?
If you are losing the signal at certain times of the day on a regular basis then it's far more likely to be a problem at your end than something wrong with any transmitter. Have you bothered to check with neighbours to see if they are experiencing the same problems?

Gareth: Hang on, I'll just phone Arqiva and get them to turn the analogue signals back on just for you...

Paul: More than likely the amplifier, if possible try taking a TV to the location where the aerial cable comes into the house and connecting it up to see if the aerial is ok.

Graham: Does your dad receive the full range of Freeview channels - i.e. including Dave, Yesterday, etc?
See Racing UK and Racing UK for more details if he does.

Graham: As far as I know, you would need to receive channel 231 from one of the main transmitters (not a relay like Sidmouth) to be able to get Racing UK. The TV/box still needs to pick up the channel from the transmitter, it can't just work from an internet enabled TV/box.

Graham Guthrie: Looks like it has Freeview HD, which is good. Have you double checked channels 101-104 for the HD channels? Make sure you're not in Freesat mode.
What happens if you go to menu > broadcasting > channel settings > manual tuning > digital channel tuning - does it give you a list of 5 or 6 frequencies and UHF channel numbers?
