The no signal strength happened suddenly five days ago, with no problem with weather, scaffolding or any new build.

Hi we have a communal dish with no analogue service. No grey bars for signal strength or quality.
Have carried out all the usual checks by ourselves and with the sky help desk.
Spoke to the management company for the building on the two occasions(neighbours have also complained), the attitude we are getting is 'not our problem'
Thank you for any assistance could either be a private repair or DIY.
