Ullapool (Highland, Scotland) analogue radio transmitter

Poor reception from R3 and R4 was reported to the BBC Help website on 2 Aug.
The report read -
FM R4 96.10 Mhz and R3 90.5 suffers from intermittent 'drop-outs' lasting fractions of a second that makes listening unpleasant and irritating. I have several receivers, several portable and one - a Quad FM4 tuner - connected to a permanently installed external aerial. This fault is evident at all times and appears on all my receivers. When listening on the car radio in Ullapool village (about 1.5 miles from my house) the fault is still there. Internet Radio is unaffected. DAB is not available here. It seems to me that the problem is not caused by my receiving equipment or installation.
I have looked at the Transmitter Checker and no problem is reported in Ullapool. You asked me to speak to my neighbours; I live in an area remote from Ullapool Village and have no nearby neighbours.

The BBC website and this one report no faults but the problem is still there. Is there anything you can do?
