John: I quite agree! I enjoy a good movie or drama but have deficient hearing, so I get very irritated when channels don't have subtitles and just stop watching them as I can't follow the dialogue. There must be many others like me, it would surely bump up viewer numbers for 'marginal' channels if they were as accessible as the major ones?
