just moved into new flat, ground floor, connected me free- view box to tv and keeps on saying no signal, every think is connected in the right places, i have not got a proper arial connection in the wall just 1 of them pronged arials what ever they r called, can any 1 give me some advise please, i sometimes get a picture and it goes on a mad 1 crackling like mad then comes up with no signal.......:(
