I live in a block of six flats with a communal satellitedish. I subscribed to Sky HD and it worked fine for some hours then recieved the "no satellite signal is being received" message. Tried an old Sky+ box and it worked fine. Called the engineer back who gave me a new Sky HD box. Again it worked a few hours then I got the same error. That was a few days ago and it hasn't worked since. I tried that box at my parents' and it worked fine there so it doesn't seem to be the box at fault.

Any ideas what's causing this?
