My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hi, I live in SL9 9PD area and on friday night lost all C . This was the case for the two tv's upstairs but the tv downstairs is still receiving all channels and multiplexes. ALl three tv's have built in freeview. I have tried rescanning and restoring to factory settings but still cannot receive multiplex C. The multiplex does not appear in teh list at all. Any ideas?
