Maureen: thank the lord at last I can see there are lots of us with this problem after all,me and 3 neighbours who don' t have sky and have our own aerials all lost channels except bbc ones- freeview are saying they are looking into it but very frustrating that info is so hard to come by

-D: isn't it infuriating that getting info is so hard? Freeview told me at one stage to get an aerial engineer ! - now that its being looked into - so whats the latest I wonder?

Having problems on bbc channels and radio,picture and sound breaking up,but ok on humax ,is thee currently work going on anyone know?

Graham Smith: I share your pain- getting freeview to admit there IS a fault takes some doing and then alk they can bleat is " have you retuned?"-it is just shabby- we had problems a couple of days ago and it would have been quicker if I'd gone up there with my pozedrive myself!

MikeB: - no thanks for that-I do know what the difference is between the end of the world and an annoying fault- what is frustrating however is being unable to get info from freeview,and what is also frustrating .is that several neighbours with their own aerials and the same fault,don't seem to deserve any comment other than " try retuning" and " get an engineer.As it turned out there WAS a fault,and oh now BBC channels have been missing for 24 hours instead, Freeview are saying everything they said the other day- so yes I am annoyed,on many levels,as you may just guess,although I am in fact aware,the world has not ended.

This is beyond a joke now - had scheduled retune on tuesday and got bbc channels back but now they are gone again- po38 area- anyone else?

have lost mux 2 channels for last 18 hours,neighbours with no sky also affected- freeview don't seem to have a clue why,transmitter apparently ok but due retune on 25th- anyone else having problems?
