Since the changeover on 11th May 2011 I don't have any BBC1, BBC2 or BBC news on my Humax 9300T all other channels seem to be ok.
My reception is from Rosneath, there are other people in my area with the same problem.

Tried manual scan of C61 and it brings up the 10 missing channels followed all the instructions saved it but it still stayed on C67 no change

My BBC channels are tuned to C67 and not to C61 as you suggested. I didn't know I had to erase the channel list first. will see if I can do that.

Ive no bbc channels on my Sony Bravia TV I have them on my humax box. My transmitter is Rosneath. Ive taken the TV back to the factory settings and retuned with no success. Everything was ok till a few days ago I presume they have been working on the transmitter.

I can view all the channels on my Humax box,my Sony TV was working ok till last wednesday.Sony Bravia KDL-40V4000.
I don't have a satellite i've an external arial.
Not sure if i've missed any over the air downloads.

jb38 Thanks for the reply. I checked my roof arial and it looks as it has turned slightly i've realigned it. I reset the tv to the factory settings and retuned. I now have all the channels.
Since Ive done that my Humax box isn't working properly it keeps freezing,all the channels are there but I can only change the channel a couple of times then it stops working and sticks on one channel.

John C: My signal strength is 77% and quality is 100% on STV CH58(770000KHz 8K 1/32) Central Scotland. BBC 1 is the same strength and quqlith on CH61(794000KHz 8K 1/32)
By the time I get to the Signal Detection page the box has frozen and I have to switch it off at the mains.

John C: Tried as you suggested and there was an over air download which was successful, all seems to be ok fingers crossed. Thanks very much for all your assistance and Merry Christmas.

hi,
I can only get 60% strength and 40% quality and very few channels, this has been like this all day, is this a problem with the transmission or have I a problem with my arial.
