Thanks for responding so quickly. As my 'new' box is a rather ancient model, I am sure it is SD. The box does have a viewing card. The box it replaced, with same card. was receiving West Country yesterday - perhaps I should give the new one a little time? - or throw myself on Sky's mercy for a replacement! Rob

StevensOnln1: Thanks to all for the held - I realise how much my knowledge is lacking!! I have tried to find somewhere where I could insert my post code without success. Suspect this may be because I do not subscribe to Sky; I only use their free-to-air programmes. I have ordered a Sky HD box as suggested; we will see if that solves the problem. Thanks again for the help.

Hi - Can someone help? - I use Sky free-to-air - just purchased a replacement box with ITV set to Central.
I would like to change it to West Country. I have followed the Services>add channels> change frequency etc method but receive a "No signal found" at the end. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas please? Rob
