I can't get London live. Why is this? My post code is RH19 3 SA. Is there anything I can do about this please?

Is there a political or ideological reason why aljazeera is now unavailable to many households? I am extremely disappointed that freeview cancelled 133 channel for this important programme and it is NOT available on 108 even though my postcode says theoretically it is.
