Recently my Freeview service has frequently failed to deliver subtitles on programmes I'm watching or taping on Channel 4 (also 13, which is 4+1). I'm hard of hearing, so dependent on subtitles. As this has never happened before I'm stymied about what if anything can be done about it. The failure is not with the broadcaster.
