Although in the East Midlands we receive our signal from Sutton Coldfield.
We can only receive a very fuzzy ITV 1 on terrestrial at the moment. We have had no digital signal since yesterday morning and no BBC1 or 2, channells 4 or 5 whatsoever. This has been going on for weeks with the signal being out for days on end and to be honest we are sick of it. We have been told to retune, but even that is impossible with no signal and an unreliable service with no notice or apology. Can we claim a licence fee rebate or who can we complain to.
