I'm getting the progress/time bar as well as info relating to whatever is currently being shown on that particular(Rai) channel but no picture! Message reads 'this channel may be scrambled or unavailable' I do get the majority of other Hotbird Channels (as far as I can remember)and also get Rai News! Do you really think it's a problem with the receiver? How about transponder settings or sat realignment issues? I'm absolutely out of my depth so probably not these issues at all :-(

Hi I can pick up Hotbird (humax hd)and used to watch all the Rai channels no problem. Recently a black screen is appearing saying scrambled or unavailable when I go onto the Rai stations. I have tried rescanning and re installing but no change. My box/dish finds Hotbird and Rai channels but same black screen everytime. My relation who lives several miles away from me is tuned into Hotbird and can receive all the Rai channels with no problem. Can you help?
