My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

like Lucy I had no guide beyond wednesday. Changed my guide from 14 days extended to 8 days
freeview
and its back. Still a few gaps but they seem to be coming back slowly. :)
