My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I used to be able to get the full range of including bbc HD up until autumn 2018 but then it stopped working. All though I am in east , my was pointing to the crystal tower towards .

I have no re aligned to point to the oxford but still can ant get HD (all the rest are fine)

I've done a full tv hard reset and re but still no luck - any inspiration!?
