Thanks for I changed the RF signal on Sky Box to ch 26 and that it worked for a few days but the channels have gone again. Any other things I can try?

I have been having a problem recently where I have not been able to get the channels from mux 2 (ITV CH4 etc) from the Whitehawk hill Transmiter. It was ok up until maybe 3 to four weeks ago. I live about a mile from transmitter and can see it from my window.
