Channel 5 +1 launches, 5* and 5USA come to Freesat | Freesat

I get 5 +1 5* and
5USA
on my
Freesat
epg but on trying to view I get '
no signal
' - is there anything I can do? I have never had to update new
channels
before - for instance
Argos TV
just appeared automatically
