I have recently replaced a sky+ box with a skyhd box in my daughters bedroom. I used to run a signal out the old box to a second bedroom through a magic eye.
I have tried to reconnect this to the new box with but no signal is coming through. I followed all of the advice to ensure the RF outputs are working and all seems OK. If I run the signal using an old TV co-ax connection cable then the magic eye lights up but as soon as I switch it to the longer length of regular co-ax cable (that I used to use) the light goes off. Any advice please
