I have been listening to the BBC Radio 3 Proms on FM - because I understand that FM provides greater "accuracy" than DAB.
On quiet passages there is audible hiss and crackle - I have used three different FM Tuners.
Is this because the BBC is using sub-standard FM transmissions in order to "push" people towards DAB?
Would I get better sound with a DAB tuner?
