I retuned our 2 smart TVs as requested on screen and I am now getting all the channels but with a intermittent frozen picture on many channels. l am in line of sight of the Selkirkmast .I have now retuned both sets twice. Also l have tried rotating the aerial to no avail , and returned it to its original direction.
What is the problem? It was OK before your retune request.
Ps two of my neighbours that I know have the same problem they are within a mile of our house. We are in a rural location.
