I note that there will be a 'final step' at the Wrekin transmitter on 22 Nov 2011, which does not require a retune. What exactly is this 'final step', please?

For the last 3 or 4 days reception of ITV3 and its associated programs has been poor. I am within sight of the Wrekin Tx, and ITV3 comes in on RF channel 49. Signal strength on Mux 1 &2 is fine. There are some trees in the line-of-sight but only Ch 49 seems to be affected. On 28 Sep 2011 I believe ITV3 will move to Ch 41. Will the signal strength be boosted then, or will I have to think about tree surgery?
