My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do?

Since last week When watching tv through Humax pvr , my ITV,CH4,5,ITV2 etc
channels
indicate weak or
no signal
, with snatches of
picture
and distorted sound or nothing. My postcode is SR2 7JR
